I've seen so many people go full incel over someone not returning their romantic feelings and god it's just so alien to me man
If you ever truly loved someone you'd respect them not returning romantic feelings and be cool with being close to them in any form.
I just, can't imagine treating someone like they should basically your possession like that and turning on them when they don't wanna date you
Idk I'm just someone who sees any confession of that sort as a way of becoming closer it's romantic or not
If someone turns me down it's like, hey, I still established with them "Hey, you're very important to me. I'd like to be closer even if not in this way specifically" and that's still nice
Idk I also just like to think a lot about queer relationships beyond the romantic ya know?
There's a friend we're very close with where like we're not dating but we've got A Bond I can't really describe beyond it's something special to us
Romance is not the only thing in the world
I mean shit this is furry people are doing this all the time with the whole pet/master thing that's exactly what I'm talking about
A kind of bond and trust that's specifically formed by those people on their terms that's not for anyone else to get beyond what they display
