I found somewhere else with shaky text on this site, used "inspect element" from the right click context menu to see what the HTML and CSS for it was, copied the span tags that did the shaky text directly, and then put the text I wanted in the center of it. I think there's probably some place elsewhere that makes HTML and CSS formatted for fancy text stuff somewhere that people use, although I don't know where.
The text blur is just adding a style tag to an HTML tag that's "filter(blur: 5px)" (or whatever you want to put instead of 5px)
Oh, the Markdown/HTML/CSS cheatsheet has a good number of resources linked in it too, if you want to browse those (the cheat sheet can be found by clicking the circle with a question mark on it in the bottom left when the "make a post" menu is open)
the shakytext i did the other day is from https://oat.zone/markdown-plus. which also does blur, but with a radius that is still kinda legible, which is no good
