🦊 Here's something to try at home. Try taking a nap together while co-fronting or co-conscious! We mentioned this elsewhere yesterday, but it really does help with communication, especially with someone who's been out of reach for a while. And since we're lucid dreamers, we can even interact with each other in our shared dreams.

We hope that this can help folks or parts of other systems find ways to interact and easier communication!

Found on Plural Reddit this morning: a comment about system roles that made me want to jump up and down and yell YES! THIS!

Here's a direct link to said comment, but I've also put it below the cut for ease of clicking through and also because Twitter has conditioned me to expect even the biggest of sites to go belly-up.

šŸ¦‡ I've been thinking about this for a long while. Wherever we go, people are talking about system roles as if they're a universal thing for every system, and that every person in that system absolutely needs to have a role in order to make sense. But for the vast majority of us, we don't really like to see ourselves as fitting into a singular role. We have aspects of all sorts of these "roles," but no one person fits squarely into one of these roles, and the notion that we have to hurts quite a bit.

So I'm very glad that we came across this post today. People really need to realize that plurality in general is a very different thing for every individual system, and from what we've seen no two systems are alike in the slightest.

šŸŽµ We haven't been posting on social media that often, and that's because a lot's been on our minds lately, and none of it we feel comfortable really talking about when we're wanting to use social media as a fun way to communicate, rather than just dump all of our troubles onto. That said, our communication has been rather good lately, and we're even letting more folks front more often, so it's not been uneventful or anything. Hoping to post more often soon.
