love your whole self, even the mental illness; I'm not saying mental illness doesn't suck but I am saying your mind deserves your love, and needs it if you're ever gonna survive or heal, and the mental illness is contained in that mind and it's still beautiful, maybe even more beautiful for keeping on despite the illness taking root; you are amazing and brilliant and you kick ass just for existing in your illness. thank you
