I slept face down with my wrists under me like all night
And now I am not sure if I just dislocated it or if I managed to sublux and fracture it, either way it hurts to use it hurts to move, bear weight, Anything.
am debating between just wearing my brace all day and hoping it gets better or going into urgent care to get an x-ray, I hate going into urgent care because with all of the braces I wear on my joints to be able to function somewhat comfortably often they label me as pill seeking even when I'm not there for the pain I'm there for having pneumonia or something
