i'm 86% done with the essential animations for the celeste skin! it's been really fun! then i'll do extra animations and most of the cutscenes. shoutouts to @bakersdozenbagels (VERY CUTE) for the spreadsheet magic

yet to tally the actual time, it's not on this spreadsheet and i lost my numbers so i have to recount them. but i estimate the whole thing took around 50 working hours. read the post above for details, but i'm happy i can say i've done it.

now... to do it again... but faster... and better. but with whom??

finished with the dash sprite, and i also felt like doing dash count color swaps!

also note to self: while the game lets you replace colors with a LUT thingy, it's kinda weirdly interpolated and requires you to fill in more pixels in the table than you think you would
