Also my brain: does not, in fact, start doing work, but does make it so the games are no longer fun to do cause of worry and anxiety

Guess I'll just sit there doing nothing and being stressed out instead!
I can't help, because I experience the exact same issue on a nuclear scale, I just wanted to say this was relatable 😭
My sister and I have tried to be accountabilibuddies about the amount of time we spend self-loathing and idk if it's working more than occasionally at best.
