I reached out to a friend who enjoys doing these sorts of translations, and they offered "super colle miro mori, sed quidem mortuus es"
very sarcastic implications in the use of 'mira' here
Literally "[you are] upon this wonderful[sarc] hill to die, but at least you are dead"
Now that my internet's back lol -
The way to pronounce that is "super kohl-ay mee-roh more-ee said kwi-dem more-two-us ess"
"wonderful" is in the sense of "A thing you are staring at because it is unusual", and I realized just now that if you leave off the verb "es" at the end - common enough for slogans - you can sing this in the same cadence as that song from Mary Poppins.
