realization: Forged in the Dark is a PERFECT fit for a Jet Set Radio/Bomb Rush Cyberfunk setting. There's already Factions and Cops and The City and Crews and Rep and Heat. All you'd need to do is figure out ways that skaters would be traumatized. Oh man. This is going to be embedded in my brain for days

well... do ya gotta have the stress + trauma system? or do you hack it further to not have that, and use different resources for that? Armour Astir has heavy inspiration from Blades in the Dark throughout the system, but uses that in a very different direction; might be worth a look for some inspiration of what can be possible. (I'd offer up some info about my own attempts at this but I haven't ended up with anything publishable yet so it seems kinda, not helpful.)
