Yarael Poof was a Quermian Jedi Master who served on the Jedi High Council during the High Republic Era through the final years of the Galactic Republic. He was both an expert practitioner of Jedi mind tricks and illusions and a skilled diplomat and teacher.
when i went to see episode 1 in theaters as a youth we got to the scene where this guy is sitting there with his weird long neck swaying around and during one of the shots of him wiggling his little head my friend said "settle down!" and then we both got the giggles and a guy behind us tried to shush us, which made us laugh even more because can you imagine actually WANTING to hear the dialogue in this movie
