i just got a marketing email from guitar center saying i had a $5 off coupon and their one and only suggestion for what to do with that $5 was to impulse buy a $2000 Yamaha stage piano. Not sure what version of me would be in a position to buy a $2000 stage piano but also is scouring the net for 0.25% off deals

I like the idea that guitar center thinks you own not just every other instrument at that price point, but also every pedal, every amp, and enough strings to last a lifetime.
Like what are they out of stock of weird capos that only cover two strings or whatever?
I got an email today from a company selling (full size) air purifiers titled "We miss you!", with a 10% off coupon. Which is better for the price point than $5. But still seems to be suggesting I buy myself a new air purifier every couple months... as a fun little treat?
