Growing up rural you always hear tell that if you see one of the Old Gods out in the fields and forests you will soon learn something that will change the course of your life.

I have a story to tell about how that got me here to the University.

But tonight when I was heading to the far stacks to get a book for my research paper, I saw a familiar face standing in my way.
