What % of your ongoing meetings do you think you could remove and still be just as effective, if not more so?
Hmm! I'm sort of fortunate in that I don't have a ton of meetings on my calendar at any given moment. I'd still say a third, but with the caveat that I also think 25% of the multi-reply email chains I'm on could be resolved with a 15 minute meeting.
