Verdict on this one: It was ok.
Definitely better than the First Order film, but it has that game adaptation problem where it jumps from one big set-piece to the next without much in between.
If you hadn't played the game you wouldn't care about the characters at all.

I'm also not a big fan of the voice casting so far.
Mash is fine, pretty unsurprising, but most of the other characters don't sound much like I imagined them, or close to their Japanese VAs from the game.

Part 2 was better again!
I actually felt something this time, I think part one just kind of acted as the setup, and this was the payoff.
I'm more hopeful for Babylonia now, but I still have one problem.
Fujimaru doesn't really...do anything?
No summoning, no real combat strategy or orders, just the key point command spells and that's it.

I finally decided to watch the FGO: First Order film today in working my way towards watching Babylonia and my verdict is;

It wasn't good.
It would have been better if they'd used Gudako instead of the most boring MC ever Ritsuka Fujimaru, but even then it wouldn't have been great.
I'm not that surprised though because I haven't liked any of the Fate anime before.
I mainly watched because I want to build up an immunity to the bad parts so I can enjoy the one reason I want to watch Babylonia!
