It's not clear if this person actually owns it or if they're just pretending to. No one's been able to get in contact with the creator, so it's not really clear if it's for real.
god, like... If I wasn't doing my review queue and working on my own hunts for telenet/chunsoft people to interview I'd try to maybe ask my tecmo/chunsoft contacts if they ever heard of this guy... That's basically the only way I think I could maybe find out who tf owns this lol
