caeli is an old RP oc for a setting related to that one wizard story we don't talk about anymore. slytherin they/them lesbian. canonically a ghost, but sometimes alive in other verses. dead at 17, but i revived and aged them up for a wizard-school-adjacent setting that didn't get too far.
