Minus The Bear's 2nd LP Menos El Oso is a beautiful thing. While their first album, Highly Refined Pirates was a wonderful album in it's own way, all the track titles were absolutely absurd. Which I think really spoke to the weird surrealist sense of humor I held at the time. But then Menos El Oso came out on the day I turned 18, and that's when I truly understood what Minus The Bear was capable of musically.
