dumb question but when am i actually supposed to be taking my [p.o. q.d.] estradiol/spironolactone
i've been taking it before i go to bed because my endo told me it would make me drowsy [it doesn't]
also i'm impatient and worried it's not doing enough [it's been like a couple weeks]
