Immediately from the back closet, a dust covered humanoid emerges, a fine layer of dust bunnies and other signs of not-so-immaculate stillness show evident on their face. They thrash and struggle as industrial strength tape covers their maw. Their arms lay strapped to their sides by a harshly tightened rope. Suddenly, by an unseen force, these restraints are freed from the raving crazy. She stumbles as the rope spins to form a maelstrom, only to die shortly at her feet. And then, her mouth is freed, a harsh ripping of the industrial tape comes off. She stares, frozen.

She looks surprised to you, the viewer.

Oh, hello!

Hi! I'm Maddie. Programming enthusiast, (probably) a good pixel artist, and barely a musician! I enjoy writing, and I enjoy various ways people can tell them, be it through videogames, (digital) art, or music. I have a Neocities (Right here, an update is in progress as of writing.). Here's a preview of the page, as of writing! (I'm going to put things in alt text, so pay attention!)

Notable projects I've worked on and maintained include:

  • Protontricks, a Winetricks wrapper to run winetricks verbs in Steam Play prefixes.
  • Nyoom Launcher which is a (not quite maintained still but we'll see) launcher for the game Sonic Robo Blast 2 Kart.
  • Of course, my website!

Now, I wanna use this blog for many reasons, mainly to just, spill thoughts I have to the world. I know my entries won't reach every corner of the website, but I've been looking for a place to throw my thoughts into the void, get it out there in the first place. Could just be some inane ramblings here and there, could just be some silly posts, who knows. I've wondered about getting a blog at some point, and this site seems neat, and I don't know if I wanna mess with static site generators, and this site again is just very neat and different.

I'll post when I got something interesting rumbling. Cya then!
