Hope you're getting enough rest, one of my housemates is recovering from a cold, had to get her fever down and let her have lots of rest.
I'm way past the fever and feeling sick part, it's the got dang congestion part that's been sticking lmao
Ah yes good, the really sucky part is over and its just the mostly sucky part now, spicy food helps, occasionally i just get some hot sauce from hell for roomie to take straight and it helps with sinus stuff lol
This makes me so happy, love spicy stuff. It's worked before, strong tasting stuff, that is.
Theres some research to show spicy food aids the immune system too, so its my cure-all/preventative for colds and flus, its part if why i was able to nurse my friend back to health (and give cuddles) without fear of also becoming sick. Spicy seafood ramen i made a week ago was a delicious, delicious protective.
