Why the hell do I wanna generate an image with shitty hands when I can roleplay as a skeleton with a snail companion?
This post was meant to be just a short blurb, but really, it's cool and all we can have consumer grade GPUs generate stuff, but AI generated images are just so muddy and has this problematic weight over all of it... Stuff like KoboldAI is so much cooler because you can go so much deeper with your own computer telling you stories and stuff along with you. Fun stuff.
Like, I can write that sort of thing all by myself, I like to think I'm a good writer, but the technology is so interesting to me, and it's more interesting than the tech bro infested "AI art scene". I also just love the idea of just being like "COMPUTER, send me through a tale about a SKELETON and a SNAIL!!!"
