## The whiny part where I just kind of be angrySkill issue on me I guess on the master king trials for not being able to parry the offscreen object that keeps hitting me backward but I Have To Keep Going Else I Won't Meet The Sub-Second Beating Quota.Big cope seethe and mald that I have to keep up with the ticking time bomb that is Super Sonic because rings just are at a premium all of a sudden in the Wyvern fight (Normal wyvern fight has rings you can get back if you focus on collecting them!)Big dang SKILL ISSUE for not being a REAL GAMER for getting all of the rings I've kept, through GIGANTO'S SLAP FIGHT, through WYVERN'S BS, only to have half of it gone because oops!Knight's spikes in the fight intro just kinda do be like that .## The part where I am at least a little calmAll this just compounds to be actually... frustrating. Forget the timed windows, I've wanted parries to be a challenge since day 1. I don't know what went wrong up at SEGA, but I can only assume SEGA rushed Sonic Team and didn't let them refine their mechanics before pushing this out, and worse yet, the only playtesters they got were like, uber good, or something.Compound this with the Bennet Foddy looking ass towers. You slip up once and it's game over, back down you go, peasant. I had a tower with purple boxes that simply just didn't respawn, making the 2nd trip up actually harder.But what does easy mode do to remedy this?Balloons. Not just, like, any balloons. Balloosn that skip any level design there is, balloons that, when you actually start popping them, tapping the homing attack button over and over, you end up just... not having any challenge. It feels condescending, like "Ohh, you can't handle the challenge? You say it's too hard? Okay baby, let me hold your hand." I'm not even kidding. It sucks.Some people may be like "Oh, man, wait until you hear about DMC, wait until you hear about Bayonetta.""Have you tried ultrakill?"Yes! Yes I have! I would go as far as to say that I would kick ass at those other games! If anyone here legitimately questions the skill of people playing, just remember, Another Story isn't gated off by anything other than being on the final island. Most you get is Sage telling you "Your path will be paved with challenges unlike you've ever seen" (paraphrasing) but that's about all you get.I would love to see anyone who legitimately thinks this way, to try this out themselves.## but what about the Knuckles/Tails/Amy gameplay?Janky, but fun. :)
