planet of the bass taking off seems like the culmination of a renewed interest in eurodance percolating over the last several years which is fine by me. The downside is now I can’t do the euro guy bit without someone thinking it’s derivative even though it’s one of my favorite goofs, but I didn’t have the foresight to make a parody video about it so that’s on me
