I need to get back in some semblance of being able to do physical things without feeling like I’m going to die. Is there a workout thing I can read/watch that isn’t some weird grindset mentality thing

idk if you have a switch but if you do: i genuinely had the time of my life with ring fit adventure and its silly little spandex dragon. the workouts are super customizable both in what you're doing and accessibility and there's also a rhythm game lol

I read an autobiography where a guy got a personal trainer, and the personal trainer made him do 10 minutes of light cardio (jogging/brisk walk) at the start (and maybe the end?). Then, that session was considered a success, regardless of how much of the rest of the day’s exercises the guy did/didn’t do. Not a method in itself, but a mindset I use sometimes
