I get emails from my city councilor and it usually includes updates about sidewalks that were recently repaired, which is good but also makes me think wow, the last guy was so busy selling out to the landlord lobby he didn’t even have time to fix the sidewalks. You’d think you’d get a crew out there at least once in a while even while being cartoonishly corrupt
