Remember when ‘intent doesn't matter’ was going around as an idea applied to causing harm? Lol
Intent actually matters quite a lot! A lot of things matter when it comes to addressing a situation of harm!

yeah in the moment the harm is caused intent is irrelevant. but if you want to ever get redress, or prevent it from happening again, it starts to matter a whole lot
