I've been thinking about playing a custom OOTP baseball league for the youtube channel, with my gimmick being the MLB is abolished overnight and taken over by the US Gov't. Every state has 1 Major League team & 5 Minor League teams.
I dunno the maximum and minimums of teams and how granular you can change the rules of the game, but if this was possible to do... this would be fun, right?
