When did you get your CPAP machine? I got mine back in November, and it took a good three months before I really started to get a good night's sleep with it. But now, it's doing a lot to help me sleep.

Oh, I've had mine for years now. It does its job well enough when I use it. I sometimes fall asleep without it though, and I wake up not feeling reted. But even with it on I still wake up after a little while. I can't recall the last time I fell asleep for longer than maybe 5 or 6 hours.

This is what I used to take, it would make me fall asleep within an hour of taking it,like "I can't keep my eyes open anymore" asleep. I stopped using it because with a toddler around there was the possibility of having to be awake and reactive at every hour of the night and this would make it effectively impossible. I'm sure it would give diminishing returns with time but I didn't get to that point. It's an over-the-counter medication here but of you take other meds you should be cautious and yadda yadda.
(i don't get why they called it zzzquil, we don't have nyquil here so you can't piggyback off that name)

If you drink a lot of caffeine or caffeine past like noon that could be affecting your sleep. I was having similar issues a bit back and I found that cutting off caffeine at around noon (no later than 2pm) really helped a lot with this.
