Yeah, I'd play like 90% of these if made available again.
Tales as a franchise feels cursed lately, maybe your gachas won't fail as often if you made the series more available. And not just the ones that most people played already.

I want .Hack so bad...but the original series needs far more than a remaster. That game was archaic at release, I can't imagine playing it without the gameplay drastically improved and modernized. And would they put in the time and money to remake four whole games? Not sure about that :'(
I get that, I think there's a charm to it's pre-WoW MMO approach, but I'd have to try it again to know how well that holds up now.
I'd take a new .hack thing too, but Bandai probably thinks it's Sword Art Online games fill that niche. (It doesn't for me)
Oh yeah definitely, that aspect of it is charming, but nothing about actually playing it is any fun, IMO haha.
Me too, .Hack is one of my all time favorite series, I really wish it was still around. and yeah, Sword Art is like a cheap imitation, just doesn't scratch the same itch and the stories are God awful compared to .Hack. Have you played Fatal Bullet though? That one at least has some good gameplay.
I think I was somewhat Interested in Fatal Bullet for pseudo MMO third person shooter reasons, but watching a stream turned me off.
If it were it's own original cast I would have been down, but it seemed like a lot of your OC hanging out with Kirito and crew which anti-sold me, lol.
Maybe I'll see what it goes for now when it's on sale.
