Building Models & Making Videos

🚋Chill model making videos & railroad history.🚊

✨I'm one of the few people on planet Earth whose day job is building model railroads for a living! It's very fun. ✨

An Erie B-2 steam crane poses in the central square of Esquina on my Alta California Model railroad. The kit was by Jordan Miniatures, a now defunct company known for making some of the finest vehicles ever made in HO scale.

The paint job is based off of Bucyrus Erie's post WWII paint schemes, so this old guy was probably repainted to match by the contractor that owns it many years ago.

One of the most incredible things is the weathering I managed to do experimenting with water soluble oil artists paints. The detail I was able to achieve is grand!
