I s'pose I should properly introduce myself. I'm Inumo, aka Niko _____ (Blank); I'm a dev bio PhD student & general dilettante. Uhhhhh I guess to highlight like, 3 things that I Do™ to remember me by, I made some shitty folk punk, an extremely a e s t h e t i c tarot deck (that I'm uh, still writing the guidebook for >.> picture above, there'll be community copies available once I've got the guidebook finished & make sure nothing else needs to be done with the Ulule I ran), aaaaand I'm working on butchering Lancer into something more my tastes to make ""magical girl but it's "mecha but it's "coming of age but it's climate grief""" but make it all queer" into a TTRPG. I dunno how much I'll be posting, but we'll see! I've been considering writing down Thoughts™ when I'm working through like, "why does Kill La Kill suck so much" or "what's going on with Revue Starlight anyways," so maybe this'll be the spot to dump all that? Who knows.

See you 'round~

(a belated) welcome to cohost!

i'd love to hear more about that tarot deck sometime, the aesthetic is great.

best of luck on your Lancer butchery. there's always seemed to be the potential for a big conceptual overlap between 'magical girls' and 'mecha' as genres and I've always though People Turning Into Monsters Or Maybe Their Idealized Selves is a rich vein for metaphors and stories about other things, too.
