I don't know what's more upsetting, that harmonix seems to have been gutted into a fortnite side content studio or the part where the ceo enthusiastically states that their goal going forward is to make fortnite so attractive that AAA devs want to develop and publish full games "within" fortnite. The most embarrassing interview I have went to: my mom's friend's son heads one of these Roblox studios and I was kinda pushed in to going for an interview. Guy's whole operation was an asset flip mill that stole other people's games and polish them into something that could be much more presentable. It's the most depressed I have gotten in this industry.
the number of people who are active in the clone hero scene who are hyping up fortnite festival as being just as good if not better than getting a new Rock Band game is fucking depressing
I miss the days of the rock band network and rock band 3. that was a fun time.
so many people around seem really excited about just the possibility of new instrument peripherals but like... there's a cost.
