She's in the north of the netherlands still, to my knowledge. Disgusting to hear how she's been treated. She's going through exactly what I went through, only I have no resources with which to help.
So far she's only asked publicly for somewhere to store her possessions.
EDIT: she's not been in a homeless shelter for more than a night (anyone who's been in a dutch shelter would understand why), but is instead couch surfing.
