this post brought to you by: my mom and i + our two cats spent several hours hiding in our basement last night after hearing a tornado siren. we're fine, nothing happened in our area, but other areas further from us were not so lucky
i am terrified of tornadoes (i saw a real one when i was eight years old and let me tell you that was a life-changing experience) so this was not fun for me
since i have not fully recovered from last night the panic was simply reignited and now there's nothing but static in my brain
landlord is coming tomorrow before he renews our lease and i think i may be more nervous about that than the possible storms right now
