it turns your flipkick - a simple mid & frametrap - into a super-fast, flying, long-range overhead that combos into a wallbreak. since Ram has limited overheads and nothing like that from a distance, having a trick like this is so useful. Surprise mix, safe on block, only loses to 3Fs or reversals, and nasty reward on hit... i'm so happy
