every third post on bluesky is "welcome to bluesky! this is NOT twitter! we do things differently here!" followed by a list of discouraged toxic twitter behaviors that are in no way moderated differently on bluesky
it's pretty clear the average bluesky True Believer thinks the problem with twitter is that the users made the vibe bad
Just wait until those True Believers see what happens as the userbase grows
i've been enjoying my time there, but i'm painfully aware that anything that's better about it is temporary lol. honestly i just expect every website i hang out on to eventually become a sad toxic garbage hole now
