Whenever somebody says "thanks for the recommendation! gave them a follow!" under a callout post it is, above all else, an admission of defeat disguised as a threat. The idea that reactionaries can somehow thrive on the attention from being called out for their beliefs is a gambit to silence such criticism so you can't exert any control over the attention they get. Right-wing ideas are non-starters in the marketplace of ideas and they must disguise and obfuscate their aims to sneak in. This idea of "no such thing as bad PR" that they trot out whenever "you need to let us speak so the free marketplace of ideas can decide" doesn't apply is nothing more than impotent whining.
