Draw things that don't frustrate you.
When I do anatomy studies and it doesn't click I can get furious. I've thrown my anatomy book across the room once. I'm not proud of it but feeling like an idiot makes me go red with rage.
So draw stuff you like. Instead of doing realistic studies of pinterest portraits that were not really making me excited to draw, I instead did stylized ones! Instead of doing hard thing, find ways to make hard thing easier!
Sometimes you gotta do the hard thing, but that can wait until you're waking up with the itch in your arm to draw every day. It'll be easier once you have an unbreakable routine and can afford to spend an hour being pissed at yourself if you rolled badly that day and know you'll be able to draw again tomorrow even if you stop for now.
I don't give a shit what you think about your own art though. That's the whole point of this. Your baseline for good isn't the baseline normal ass people have. Get over it, make an oc you love and draw them in 3/4th view for the 100th time and smile while looking at it like an idiot because it's impressive to no one but it's your fuckin scrunkly and you fuckin succeeded drawing them today.
