So…. What was your experience? I’m starting to find my upper body hurts for longer, so I’m toning down upper body workouts to combat that. I don’t…think it’s harder to do the workout itself? Don’t know if it will be? My upper body routine isn’t that intense to begin with, so, who knows.
The bike, on the other hand, seems just as it always was…so far. I’m only a month in on TBlockers though (and just started E), so maybe it’ll shift more?
I know the basic advice is to listen to your body, but anyone have any other thoughts?
