I'm sooo tired today :|. I'm starting to wonder if it's my changed HRT dose. I've been on the patch for E and it's effect has been marginal so far... But the pill I'm on for TBlockers seems to be working very well. So I'm low on T (as intended) and...I guess my E could be a lot higher?

I've already contacted my doctor about this, asking if maybe its time to switch away from patches, but I won't hear from them until Monday.

Has anyone else run into things like this? Not looking for medical advice, perhaps just some reassurance...

in reply to @Jaelights's post:

When I first got on T-blockers, I absolutely felt a decline in my energy level. It subsided over time, and I managed to find my footing pretty quickly after that - That being said, I have lost some amount of physical strength from this, but that's totally intended.

Admittedly I'm on pills, not on patch, for both T-blockers and E - So I might not be feeling things quite as intensely as you? I think talking to your doctor is absolutely the correct move - But I can say that what you're talking about is similar to my experience, and I was able to bounce back from it!

I'm wishing you all the best, and I hope you feel better, and more yourself, with every day!!

Ah, good to know :D.

And yeah, definitely a big focus on "feeling like myself". I was telling my spouse about this and she asked, politely, why I don't just reduce my TBlocker for the time being and I said, "Because I feel like me and I'll be tired if I have to" again, nicely 😆. She understood it when I put it that way.
