I've never seen slave zero but after wastching beast wars/machines I can't not see their incredible similar body set up
For the longest time I had no idea the Dreamcast version of Slave Zero was non-functional port and that's probably why so many of my friends seem to be under the impression that it's a bad game.

I rewatched it after beast wars and holy shit it's worse than I remember! At the end megatron just steals beast wars gen 3 transmetal optimus's design, and when I was a kid I was always like "man they just like that design more" AND IT'S EVEN MORE OBVIOUS THEY JUST DID THAT AS AN ADULT lmao
seriously tho, beast wars is so much more than the sum of it's parts and machines does everything to retcon that, BADLY
Like honest 2 god, the writers never wrote an actual event where megatron takes over in beast machines, it literally JUST happens !
The Slave Zero guy looks like Beast Machines Optimus Primal run through a Transformers Prime artstyle.
