probably wasn't on this because despite being sorta in that pile, I also didn't use twitter much even before I quit it entirely. (but 1 and 1/16 m, or just shy of 3'6", in that form)
1 meter from foot to top of head! Close to the statistical average, I've heard @v@
I accidentally made mine slightly too tall at 4'2"/1.25m, but I've grown to like it :}
zhat's totally reasonable in canon, yinglets naturally have so much size variation
holds a yardstick overhead
twirls it around a bit
I have no idea how zis zhing works.
listens off camera
Oh.
Ze cat says it's pie.
What?
Zhat's what I said! Pie!
Tree point one four one five seven... I cannot count zhat far.
What? It can't be less zan four, zere's too many numbers.
FINE.
Pie zhen.
Pie?!?!? I like pie! I make pie sometimes! Seafood pie!
But if I make it for ozher yingies, I gotta use kelp instead of pie crust.
Probably highly variable given am basically just shapeshifting each time, I imagine on ze taller size of zhings.
i mean look humanoid scale avians don't make sense to begin with but that said
let's say one small to medium-small yinglet - maybe mediumish but im gonna need a long runway or a tall perch and they cant bring carry-on
(catbirds aren't big efficient soaring birds with big lift capacity but we're gonna fudge it for the fun of being able to carry little creatures around)
heh, well the reason I ask is: average ying is around 15kg, and Enn's ying form is probably around that or a tiny bit heavier. but it varies a lot.
ah, pretty close then, the number i was kind of narrowing down to was something around 15kg comfortably, 20kg max, maybe +1 under absolutely optimal conditions, with severely restricted range before im too tired to stay aloft
(this is an interesting enough question i actually started writing a copost about it)
actually weighed my everyday backpack and made the numbers a bit smaller but good news, medium yinglet still probably ok!
