Cohost does remind me of living in a small town again, but without a lot of the baggage that comes with it.

I'll see someone get shares at different times by different people and it brings up the feeling of seeing like, your teacher from fifteen years ago at the store, or seeing the same lady at the park watching her kids on a Saturday morning at 10.

The passing familiarity with people, where if you bumped shopping carts one day and had a brief conversation, and then you'll start to see them around more, not realizing they were there the whole time.
