The best moments of my old job was when I was able to submit the Diploma update paperwork for people who transitioned. Having this important thing reflect their true selves was a great feeling.
The worst though, was dealing with people, in general. People who threatened to sue because they failed a test, people who thought the test was unfair, even though it was keyed to high school graduation standards, people who called us multiple times every day for two weeks, while sending multiple threatening emails a day, to the point they were on a do-not-engage list.
I'm struggling to find a way to talk about the call that made me feel the most helpless though because it's a touchy subject.
