the annual squarespace membership fee is $160, and i am. broke. i see so many people broke for much more important things than this, i feel scuzzy just asking for something that feels frivolous

but if the video, sources included, and the articles hosted on my website mean something to you, if i can pay the fee i won't risk losing the site. i don't know what happens if i don't have enough to cover it

update: squarespace apparently has a 15 day grace period, so ive got more time than i thought. i still dont know how im going to pay for it but that's more time to figure it out!

sorry. and thank you.

i can’t afford to give help financially unfortunately, but make sure to back it up if you can! that way if your website does go down you can always port it over to something else when you have the time. it’d still suck obvs but at least then nothing is gone forever

if you want a pro tip on making sure the site goes back up, find a friend who’s into web development and try to frame it as an interesting new project to play around with whatever library they’ve been eyeing :eggbug-wink: (this is actually a terrible idea and a great way to guarantee you’re forced to learn nix or something just to keep up what is effectively a blog)
