Talked myself out of Organization XIII-ing a literal one room encounter.
The leader of the random group of creatures would have done the X thing, in a culture/creature that's very keen on fighting for leadership, so every time the leader would be different but still have that one letter denoting rank.
It was Way Too Much Effort for a 1 room joke.
