Cubed steaks rule. These cheap little bastards do so well with some simple preparation. Comes out tender as hell even if overcooked. They get to well done super fast so it's not like it matters. This isn't a steak cut to bring to medium.
Salt and pepper each side, took some dried rosemary leaves and crushed them up in my hands, those also go on each side. Then back into the ziplock bag it was thawed in with some olive oil and it sits for like 3-4 hours.
Next time I'm adding some thyme.
