I am going to strangle automated phone systems with my bare hands.
I just want to get my wife's glasses prescription, so I call the Visionworks. Automated phone tree, whatever, I use these often enough. They can't help me, so they send me to support, fine, I wanted to talk to someone from the store anyways.

Welcome to the main, generic phone tree! At least they have an option for getting prescription, maybe someone can help me from that option.
