I wish a grocery store would open downtown on main street, on like, any of the empty ground level buildings with apartments over it. Not some fuckin' Whole Foods-ass shit, but like, an Aldi's or Super One, a Grocery Store people who live in the downtown area can get to on foot or via the downtown trolly-like system.

Instead, they have to travel a ~2 miles to get to the nearest store (or go up 4 steep blocks to get to a Whole Foods).

Putting actual like... Shopping Centers for People Who Live There would be nice, instead of all the banks and touristy/vacationy stuff that's there.

Saw two deer yesterday and I thought I got better pictures but my phone didn't take the first two so you get the worst shot of the bunch.

Saw them today too and got better pictures of one of them.

Lmao lmao lmao, did a little digging because I was annoyed about the mayor and it turns out the architecture firm her husband works for has been doing major contract work for the city using public funds baby. Complete downtown restoration went to them.

It's very nice living less than a block away from my polling place. Makes it easy to vote in local primaries.
