Think the next thing I want to investigate and potentially change is how dying works compared to Technoir.
Tabletop, video games, sports and maybe someday some other things if I get the ambition to learn.

Breaking out the spreadsheet to figure out how to distribute all the Verbs. This has been kind of fun and kind of annoying? Trying to figure out Generic Enough Names for some classes, or construct one from scratch that fits these two stats is at least a fun exercise.
I had started composing a post about how I couldn't think of a final thing, and then as I paused to reread it, I found the final Verb I needed and then I was able to shift things around and click into place.
I set aside Shoot/Fight, because this left me with 20 Training Programs for players to pick from, which also cleanly goes to 5 Verbs with 4 associated Classes each. If I add in the Shoot/Fight combo, I'd switch to 7 Verbs with 3 associated Classes.
I'm poking around on anydice again, and I'm trying to figure out a set of things that works nicely with "reliability". GURPS kind of has this right where you raise your Attribute, and thus your target number, to roll under for 3d6. The Roll Under is why I'm working the way I am.
Hm. Am I just going to end up writing a GURPS-inspired thing? The curve from rolling 3d6 under a 6 to a 16 is kinda alright, there's just be a lot of stuff I'd want to hacksaw off I think, like the separation of physocal attributes from skills.
